How can I cancel my subscription?

Which subscription would you recommend to start learning the language?
It all depends on your goals. "Standard" option is adapted to those who want to learn at their own pace without aiming at a certain level. "Student" option is great for those who are preparing for exams such as HSK or baccalaureate and wish to follow statistics on their progress. "Hybrid" option is intended for those who wish to have a human interaction while learning, as a boost or to ask questions on some grammar or vocabulary points to a coach.
How can I benefit from referrals?
For referrals, simply go to "My account", then to "Referrals".
I subscribed, but I still don't have access to the steps, why?
After a new subscription, you should log out and log back in to get access to the content.
Which option includes classes?
Les Petits Mandarins is an online learning platform, so there aren't any classes with teachers. But the "hybrid" option offers coaching sessions by video call with our great coaches.
Are the subscription plans available as part of the CPF (Personal Training Account)?
No, subscription plans on the website are intended for individuals, but we do offer courses as part of the CPF. Find all our CPF courses here
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes, all the subscriptions (monthly or annual) are automatically renewed on the date of subscription.
If I stop my subscription, will I lose my progress?
No, your progress is saved and you can pick up where you left off anytime.
How can I offer a subscription?
Just click on "Get started for free" and then on "Offer a subscription".
Can I subscribe only for one month?
Yes, but as our subscriptions are automatically renewed, it is necessary to send a cancellation email before the subscription date.
How can I get the corrections of workbooks?
How can I get audio resources for workbooks?
How can I get to the next step?
To unlock next steps, you need to subscribe and to complete every game of the step with at least 80% of success.
Where can I find my certificates?
To get your certificates, go to ''My account'', tab ''Certificate''.
When is Pinyin introduced?
Pinyin is unlocked at the 20th step. When you unlock it, it will appear at each step.
Can I pay using Wechat/Alipay?
It is not possible to pay using Wechat, but you can pay using Alipay.
How can I assess my level?
An assessment test is available for every user at the 1st step.
Can I learn traditional Chinese with Les Petits Mandarins?
Yes, with the options "Student" and "Hybrid".
Can I prepare for the HSK exam with Les Petits Mandarins?
Yes, Les Petits Mandarins allows you to prepare from HSK1 to HSK6.
What can I gain from referrals?
By referring another user, you can get a 50% discount on the next month of your monthly subscription and a free month for your annual subscription.
Can I print the vocabulary?
No, currently it is not possible to print the vocabulary of the steps.
How can I play?
In order to play on the site, you need an account. Don't have an account yet? Go to the home page and click on "Sign up".
Once you have registered, go to the site's home page, log in to your account, and then follow the steps below:
1 - Choose the language you wish to learn
2 - Select a section
3 - Choose a step
4 - Start a game
How can I create an account?
On the home page click on "Sign up" and then:
1 - Select a subscription
2 - Fill in your login details
3 - Validate your registration
The sound is not working, what can I do?
The sound doesn't work, what can I do?
Go to "My account", uncheck the box "Play HTML5 audio files". Uncheck the box "Play HTML5 audio files".
On some phones, the silent mode turns off the sound completely. Try a normal mode.
My microphone is not working, what can I do?
It is possible that the problem comes from the default configuration of your browser. Depending on your browser, you can activate it by following the links below:

If I can't use the CPF (Personal Training Account), can I still get the training?
Yes, you can take a course on our platform and take the BRIGHT or DCL exam as an independent candidate.
