Can I pay using Wechat/Alipay?
It is not possible to pay using Wechat, but you can pay using Alipay.
Are subscription plans available as part of the CPF (Personal Training Account)?
No, subscription plans on our website are tailored for individuals, but we do offer courses as part of the CPF. Find all our CPF courses here:
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes, all subscriptions (monthly or annual) are automatically renewed on the date of subscription.
If I cancel my subscription, will I lose my progress?
No, your progress is saved and you can pick up where you left off anytime.
Can I subscribe only for a month?
Yes, but as our subscriptions are automatically renewed, you will need to send a cancellation request via email before the end of your trial.
Can I print the vocabulary?
No, currently it is not possible to print the vocabulary from the steps.
Does Globe Speaker offer any training for professional?
Yes, Globe Speaker allows you to improve in your own professionnal field thanks to thematic units and dedicated CPF trainings.
How does my subscription work?

Is Globe Speaker a certified training organisation?
Yes, we are registered as a training organisation under the number: 76-34-10201-34.
We also obtained the Qualiopi accreditation N° 5-0616.
If I can't use the CPF (Personal Training Account), can I still train with you?
Yes, you can take a course on our platform and take the BRIGHT or the DCL exam as an independent candidate.

How can I play?

How can I create an account?

Sound does not work, what can I do?
On some phones, the silent mode turns the sound off automatically. Try your ring mode.
Can I use my CPF (Personal Training Account) account?
